Keepers Transformation House isn’t just a program—it’s a faith-based journey that introduced me to the God I never knew I needed. For so long, I doubted. I believed all the negative thoughts that told me, “If God was real, why would I feel this way?” I was living in the flesh, stuck in darkness. But once I learned to recognize and use the gifts God had placed inside me, it was like getting smacked awake. I finally saw the truth—and I haven’t looked back since.

I used to call myself a functioning alcoholic. On the outside, everything looked fine—I had a job, a home, a car, my children were fed, and I never went without. People assumed I was just a spoiled, preppy girl who had it all. But inside, it was killing me. I was living a lie.

The only great thing that came from my addiction is that it led me here—to real transformation. Now I know who I am: a loved, unique, chosen child of God with gifts to give, not take. I know people say “once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic,” but not when God’s got your back. That old identity doesn’t define me anymore.

My advice? You have to want this. Ask for help. Lean on others. Let go of your past—people, places, all of it—if they’re not helping you heal. Because the moment I let go, God showed me who I really am. And I can’t wait to live out this new life and prove every doubt wrong.
