Pregnancy Program
Pregnancy Housing Program
Our pregnancy housing unit is part of Keepers’ transitional living program, with two beds reserved specifically for pregnant women who have nowhere else to turn. In partnership with Bakersfield Pregnancy Center and CityServe, we provide compassionate care, essential baby supplies, and life-giving support for both mother and child. Women are welcomed to stay until their baby reaches four months old, at which point we help them transition into safe, stable housing. No matter their background, each woman has the opportunity to rediscover her identity in Christ and begin a new chapter through spiritual counseling, case management, life-skills training, job readiness, and more.
Prepared for Motherhood
Designed to be a place of peace and transformation, our pregnancy housing unit offers a nurturing environment where expectant mothers can focus on their health, growth, and healing. Residents are supported daily by a team that understands the unique challenges of pregnancy amid crisis. From nutritious meals to prenatal education and emotional mentorship, each woman receives the tools she needs to prepare for motherhood with dignity and confidence.
